The Studio at 100 – Terms & Conditions

      - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received. 
- All payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred according to our rescheduling policy. 
- Your booked time includes setup and cleanup, so please plan accordingly. 
- Overages beyond the booked time will incur additional fees and may impact other scheduled sessions. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive full credit towards a future booking, valid for up to 12 months from the original reservation date. 
- Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% forfeiture of your booking fee. 
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking, or no-shows, will result in a full forfeiture of payment. 
- Clients may reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before their session without penalty. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. This includes: - Returning all furniture and props to their original position. 
- Disposing of trash in designated bins. 
- Cleaning up any spills or messes made during the session. 
 
- A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess, damages, or failure to follow the cleanup policy. 
- The renter is responsible for any damages to the studio space, furniture, or equipment during their session. Any damage fees will be billed accordingly. 
- Use of nails, tacks, tape, or adhesives on studio walls is strictly prohibited. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      To maintain the integrity of our space, the following are not permitted: - Smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol consumption. 
- Open flames, candles without prior approval, or excessive heat sources. 
- Glitter, confetti, or substances that can cause stains without prior approval. 
- Weapons of any kind. 
- Nudity or sexually explicit content. 
 Failure to comply with these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your rental without refund. 
- 
      
        
      
      - Pets are welcome in the studio; however, they must be approved in advance. 
- Owners are responsible for any pet-related messes or damages. A cleaning fee may apply if necessary. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Your reservation includes your total time in the studio, including setup and cleanup. Please respect your allotted time. 
- Additional time beyond your booking will be charged at $50 per additional 30 minutes, billed in increments. 
- If another booking follows yours, you will be asked to leave promptly to allow for the next client’s session. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - The Studio at 100 is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind, lost, or stolen during your rental. 
- Clients and their guests assume all responsibility for injuries that occur while on the premises. The Studio at 100 is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property. 
- Renters must adhere to all local laws and regulations while using the studio. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Clients are welcome to use any furniture, seating, rugs, mirrors, plants, and available props during their session. 
- Any damage to studio equipment, furniture, or props will be charged at replacement value. 
- Any specialty equipment must be approved in advance and brought in with proper care. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Please be respectful of neighboring businesses by keeping noise levels to a reasonable volume. 
- Loud music and disruptive behavior are not allowed, and repeated violations may result in early termination of your session. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - The Studio at 100 may photograph or record behind-the-scenes footage of the studio space during sessions for promotional purposes. 
- If you wish to keep your session private, please inform us in writing before your scheduled booking. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Free on-site parking is available for all studio guests. 
- The studio is wheelchair accessible; however, please contact us in advance for any special accommodations. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Please leave the studio clean and organized. 
- Trash must be disposed of properly; any food, beverages, or personal items should be removed upon departure. 
- A cleaning fee may be applied if the studio is left in poor condition. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - If extreme weather conditions prevent safe travel to the studio, clients may reschedule their booking without penalty. 
- Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
